Peer Review Process
To ensure the fairest and most objective decision-making, the editorial process is run in accordance with the standard procedures and Guidelines set by the Journal. The IJMETMR Peer Reviews all the material it receives. We give Utmost Importance to articles that will help Engineers & Managers to make better decisions in real-time practical Applications. We Work with an aim to reach decision within 2-4 weeks of submission.
After Author(s) submits his/her paper to us through online submission, At this time a receipt of manuscript acknowledgement is sent to the author(s) to let them know that their manuscript has been received. Each manuscript is then read by an Internal editor (either individually or in consultation) to assess its appropriateness for the journal according to the guidelines determined by the editorial policy. A manuscript could be rejected without additional review for one or more reasons, and the authors are notified. If the paper seems to fit the criteria of the journal, it will be forwarded to Reviewers for comprehensive review.
Reviewers are allowed sufficient time to complete their review and submit comments to the editor. Reviewers provide comments intended to help produce a better manuscript. Our reviewers of a manuscript judge the quality of the manuscript objectively and impartially. Our review will constructive & helpful as possible and in no case will involve any kind of personalized criticism.Editor makes a publication judgement based on the reviews and sends out a decision letter to the author(s). If the manuscript needs modifications, Authors are provided sufficient time to come up with the changes suggested by the Reviewers. Revised manuscripts will go through review process again.
